Configure RoomIQ behavior, permissions, and integrations.
How settings work
These settings define the default behavior for all new meetings in your organization. Individual meetings can override some settings via API. Settings marked as "Future" will be available in upcoming phases when recording and S3 archive features are implemented.
Default Response Mode
Private panel is recommended for meetings with external participants. Answers are only visible to authorized room members.
Feature Settings
If enabled, answers can be sent directly to the meeting chat. Otherwise only visible in private panel.
When external participants are present, force private panel mode regardless of meeting settings.
The meeting host must authorize the RoomIQ bot before it starts listening. Recommended for security.
Store meeting transcripts for future reference and audit. Transcripts are encrypted at rest.
Store all generated answers and their evidence sources for compliance and replay.
Enable audio/video recording of meetings. Requires S3 archive configuration.
Archive recordings, transcripts, and exports to S3-compatible storage for long-term retention.
S3 Archive Configuration
Future PhaseS3 archive configuration will be available in Phase 6. This will allow you to store recordings, transcripts, generated answers, and exports in your own S3-compatible storage for long-term retention and compliance.
